Sandy - Clinical Assistant

I assist Dr. Lazin in the clinic working with patients doing bondings, adjustments, installing appliances--just about everything. Dr. Lazin is very laid back and fun to work with. He loves to joke around, and we always have a lot of fun here! I love getting to know each patient that comes into the office and seeing their smiles transform.

My husband Steve and I have two sons, Bobby and Cole, two grandsons (Kyran and Deacon) and a a granddaughter named Bailey and a miniature dachshund named Zoie. When I'm not in the office I enjoy walking, being with animals, and music. (You might just hear me singing as I work!)

Rhonda - Treatment Coordinator

Having worked chairside with patients to help them achieve their beautiful smiles and seeing the end results when we've made our patients happy and satisfied with their smiles, it was exciting to become the Treatment Coordinator:  After taking pictures and X-rays, and listening to Dr. Lazin's diagnosis and treatment plan, I address our patients' questions and concerns in a caring manner as well as discussing fees and payment plans.  Getting  teeth straightened can change how a person  feels about themselves and how others will see them, so I take my job very seriously.  My two children are grown but live nearly so I see them often.  I enjoy traveling and the Colts.

Liz - Financial Coordinator

I finalize the finances just prior to treatment.  At any time I can be found answering questions concerning treatment, accounts, and insurance. I send out statements and receive your cash, checks, credit card and online payments (did you know you could do that?)  During the school year I drive our school shuttle service, picking up patients for long appointments in the late morning and returning them after letting them pick up a fast food lunch.  I've gone as far south as the Martinsville High School and as far north as Beech Grove.  Watching Dr. Lazin bend wires just amazes me, and I love hearing him interact with patients with such laughter and humor.  I am married to Dr. Lazin and we have six children, thirteen grandchildren, one cat who belongs to us and one cat who is "visiting" . When I have free time I enjoy piecing quilt tops and collecting material.

Lacey - Front Desk and Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator  

Greeting our patients and making them feel welcome is one of my primary responsibilities. I schedule appointments, answer the telephone, verify insurance and just about anything else I can do to help out as a team player. We have a very friendly office atmosphere which spills over to our patients.

My husband, my three sons (3, 8 and 11) and I recently moved into our new house so I am busy with them and the house.  As a family we enjoy going on walks to hunt down our favorite Pokemon characters and playing Pokemon Go!
